UNITY DAY, the signature event for National Bullying Prevention Month, will take place on Wednesday, October 21. This is the day when people around the world come together to unite for kindness, acceptance, and inclusion to create a world without bullying!

The call to action is simple: wear and share the color ORANGE!

Unity Day was initiated by PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center to encourage students, educators, parents, community members, schools, businesses, and organizations to show their support for bullying prevention in one giant, orange message of hope. Read more about Unity Day

Who’s to say schoolwork isn’t fun? With the Wayzata Community Ed STEM Club classes, your child will develop their problem solving, critical analysis and peer collaboration skills, all while learning about mechanical engineering basics! For some baby-friendly fun, join the Hennepin County Library’s weekly Baby Storytime on Thursdays throughout August. These sessions are specifically designed for children from birth to 24 months, and include singing, talking, reading, writing and playing.
