In a "CHOPPED" style cooking competition, chefs will be given a variety of basic cooking ingredients and main-dish mystery items -- revealed at the last minute! Chefs have 30 minutes to wow a panel of celebrity judges. Judging is based on creativity, presentation, and taste.

Started five years ago in Oakland, Calif., Plaid Friday encourages consumers to put their holiday gift dollars back into the local economy by shopping at stores in their own communities.
