Theatre 301 presents "Lost in Yonkers"

Theatre 301 is pleased to present the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning play by Neil Simon, Lost in Yonkers.

Drawing on Neil Simon’s experiences growing up in New York City, his comedic drama, Lost in Yonkers tells a story of flawed yet captivating characters that speaks so powerfully to the human condition. Tapping History: Danceland Burning

Tapping History is a monthly event presented by Excelsior-Lake Minnetonka Historical Society, it is a free public event with roatating speakers on the history of Lake Minnetonka. The event takes place the second Monday of each month.

Danceland Burning: Big Reggie, Rolling Stones & 40 years of music memories at Danceland. This will be an open mic format for anyone to speak on their experiences and share memories at Danceland and the Rolling Stones Concert in 1964.

Uptown Art Fair

The Uptown Art Fair in Minneapolis is the winner of more than 115 International Festivals and Events Association Awards, and it isn’t hard to see why. The Art Fair is three days of creative fun, from art activities to wine tasting to a Culinary Arts competition. There is non-stop entertainment ranging from reggae to magic on the performance stage, and festival food galore. The main star of the show, however, is the art: ranging from limited editions to one-of-a-kind treasures from more than 350 talented artists from around the world. Free. The Little Mermaid

Mame

Minnetonka Theatre presents Mame, a Tony award-winning musical, with songs like “Bosom Buddies” and “We Need a Little Christmas,” written by the composer of Hello, Dolly! The Wiz

This musical is a modern twist on the familiar story. Dorothy is a shy Harlem school teacher who gets whisked away to a world resembling a whimsical version of New York City.
