With the ultimate goal to end lung cancer, A Breath of Hope Lung Foundation, based in Wayzata, keeps busy. Their mission is to aid and increase research, spread awareness and support patients. The organization was founded in 2008 and kicked off the first A Breath of Hope Lung Run/Walk Twin Cities. In addition to the annual run, there are also awareness events like teas and golf classics.
