Second Lowertown Blues Festival at Mears Park
After rocking success during its inaugural year in Saint Paul, the Lowertown Blues Festival is back with a host of first-rate blues performers for 2015. Following a merger with the Famous Dave’s Blues Festival in Minneapolis, the festival moved to Mears Park for the first time in 2014.
