Pipes and Pints at the Pub

Enjoy the luck of the Irish at McCormick’s St. Patrick’s Day celebration.

Warm hospitality is among the most treasured traditions of Ireland. McCormick’s Pub and Restaurant is known for bringing this vibe from the Emerald Isle to the snowy or slushy March streets of Wayzata. Celebrate Irish traditions on St. Patricks’ Day at McCormick’s, with all-day festivities and fun. At 10 a.m., a St. Patrick’s Day Mass will be offered at the pub by Father Mike Van Sloun from St. Bartholomew Catholic Church.

The kitchen opens at 11 a.m. Guests can enjoy pints of frothy beer to wash down tasty Irish cuisine like fish and chips, corned beef and cabbage, and shepherd’s pie. After the feast, the celebration continues in the beer garden under a heated tent—check out live music, bagpipers, Irish dancing and face painting. And to top it off, two guests will receive a free trip to Ireland in the raffle. With all proceeds from the raffle going to the Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners Food Shelf, this Irish festival will be fun for you and the family while helping fill the bellies of those who need a little extra help this spring.
