The mission of The Beyond the Arc fundraising Dinner is to Empower, Inspire and Develop Dynamic and Effective leadership skills in the current and next generation of Minnetonka Leaders. The evening will give all attending the opportunity to hear from our keynote speaker, and socialize with some of the community’s best and brightest leaders of today and the future.

The keynote speaker, Tim Kight, is the Chief Executive Officer of Focus 3, which focuses on helping teams align the power of leaders, culture, and behavior to produce winning results. He works closely with leaders like Urban Meyer, Head Coach of The Ohio State University football team, and Fortune 500 Companies across America.
