Menu Makeover at Bayside Grille

Bayside Grille highlights healthier, sustainable options.

In December, Bayside Grille in Excelsior launched its new menu, highlighting grass-fed beef; antibiotic-, sodium nitrate-, and MSG-free poultry; and adhering to the USDA and FDA’s Clean 20, a list of the most pesticide-free foods. Many produce items on the menu are now organic. “We’re motivated to do the right thing, and we put a lot of care into our food,” says Bob Ziton, president of the Bayside Family of Companies. He also says that customers are starting to ask for healthier options when dining out, and believes Bayside Grille can help fill that niche.
