47 years almost to the day after the infamous F5 tornado swept
through the town of Tracy on June 13, 1968, journalist and former Tracy
resident Scott Thoma will appear at HHM to recount the onset and fallout of one
of the most powerful tornadoes to ever hit Minnesota. Thoma experienced the tornado himself, and
has also collected many other first-hand accounts of this disaster that killed
9 people and injured many more.
Experience the tale of a town torn apart by nature, but held together by
the strength of the community.
