Long Lake Corn Days

Long Lake’s iconic Corn Days event is back.

St. George Catholic Church has been bringing Corn Days to life for 47 years. With food from a long list of vendors, entertainment, games and—of course—corn, it’s no wonder Long Lake’s Corn Days festival is such a big hit.

This year’s Corn Days will be no different. Raising money for St. George Parish, the weekend will kick off with a performance by Kid’s Dance. Karaoke is available for all of the musically talented (or brave) souls out there.

If you’re more of a listener, the new band Leah and the Rattlers will perform on Sunday afternoon, and the main stage will feature various acts, including Latino dance group Alma Folklorica, Stampede, Absolute Gruv, and Welcome Drive featuring Jim Tierney.

Along with a seemingly infinite supply of freshly roasted corn on the cob, you can find hot dogs, brats and other food from local vendors A fiesta dinner will be hosted by St. George’s Latino community, featuring authentic Latin-American food on Saturday evening. And, of course, the Knights of Columbus will serve their popular pancake breakfast on Sunday morning.

With inflatable slides, pony rides, petting zoos, a parade, a 5K, a climbing wall and a variety of fun games with prizes, kids of all ages can find something to keep themselves occupied, too.

August 12th 1-11 p.m. and August 13th 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
