In early October 2013, Minnetonka-based designer Sussan Mahjouri and internationally renowned explorer Ann Bancroft came together to host a fundraiser for the Ann Bancroft Foundation.

In early November, the ALS Association, Minnesota/North Dakota/South Dakota, celebrated its 11th annual Light the Journey fundraiser.

In the checkout lanes at Cub Foods in Minnetonka, there’s more than chewing gum and magazines. Sometimes there are high school tennis players asking to bag your groceries.

Twenty-six years ago, a 10th grade student in Montana approached retreat leader Joe Cavanaugh and said, “There are these kids at school who make fun of me every day. Can you do anything to stop them?”
