Hammer Residences, Inc. is a Minnesota non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Founded in 1923 by Alvina Hammer, Hammer provides residential caring support for adult and children with developmental disabilities. Hammer Residences, Inc. serves more than 1500 individuals with a wide range of intellectual disabilities like Autism and Down syndrome. Hammer serves 284 people in 36 homes and 10 apartment complexes in the western metro of the Twin Cities. We also provide specialized services to more than 1,600 individuals in their homes.
