And locals aren’t their only customers—foodies from the metro are embracing the chance for a beautiful drive in the country or an overnight vacation. One of our current favorite destinations? Bait & Hook seafood bar in Cokato, Minn. (less than an hour’s drive from Minnetonka). The eatery features fresh fish and seafood, from raw-bar options like oysters to casually delicious street tacos. There’s local beer on tap, too. Hop in the car for a destination date night; Bait & Hook is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
