One of the U.K.’s most sought-after photography studios breaks ground in the Twin Cities.
Ask Doug Dolliff and he’s happy to tell you: “I’m a business guy who saw a unique opportunity,” he says, as the owner of the only Venture Photography studio in Minnesota.
Dolliff of Deephaven opened the fourth American studio of the U.K.-based franchise in Edina last August when he learned about Venture Photography’s out-of-the-box approach to family portraits. “We run around, have lots of fun ... and then you see a smile, and we click,” says Dolliff. “That’s how we get the art we produce.”
