For April, I have chosen a wonderful rosé with some serious street cred. Maybe you’ve enjoyed this wine before as it has been around for a while; it’s very underrated, in my opinion. It’s a great value from Provence, arguably the world’s most famous region for quality rosé. Triennes (who also make great red and white wines) is backed by two of Burgundy’s most famous names: Jacques Seysses of Dujac, and Aubert de Villaine of Domaine de la Romanee-Conti (if you know, you know). This wine is a steal at a fraction of the price of their other wines. It’s nice and dry with bright, crisp strawberry and melon flavors, and great acidity.
