Juggernaut is a wonderful wine that far out-punches its weight class.
For June, try one of my favorite wines to pair with any hearty meat on the barbecue—though cabernet lovers will enjoy this all on its own. Juggernaut is a wonderful wine that far out-punches its weight class. It’s big and bold, with layers of dark berry fruit, currants, and loads of oaky and vanilla notes. It’s sourced from hillside vineyards from the central and north coast California AVAs, with an extended stay (12 to 18 months) in oak barrels. The French oak barrels are key for a finer grain, subtle tannins and smooth notes of vanilla with the perfect texture. $21.99.
