Table 1 Consulting Enriches Wayzata and Surrounding Communities

Find out what Table 1 Consulting can do for you.
Members of Table 1 Consulting gather for their morning breakfast meeting at Sunsets.

Every morning, while thousands weave their way around the metro’s interstates, you’ll find a group of Wayzata residents gathered around table one at Sunsets from 6:30 to 9 a.m., collaborating on how they can help their community. You could call them “the Breakfast Club,” but the group’s formal name is Table 1 Consulting. Godfathered three years ago by lifelong Wayzata resident Paul Webster at this location despite the building change, this nonprofit networking group has helped hundreds get back on their feet. “If there’s a need in the community or someone who is out of work or who needs business, these guys have the pulse of what’s going on behind the scenes,” says Table 1 member Cindy Leines. Considered a local brain trust, Table 1 invites young and old to bring their ideas, problems, hopes and dreams to the table in order to find a solution. “Our footprint is local, but the reach is dramatic,” Webster says.  One of Table 1’s favorite breakfast orders? The sunrise sandwich with bacon, although Paul Webster quips that “many of us can’t handle that many calories in the morning.”
