Dockside-to-go, a suggestion from a regular Gianni’s patron, made its debut last summer. “The customer response was extremely favorable,” says managing partner Terri Huml of last year’s inaugural test run. As a result, Dockside-to-go service will return for its second season, taking outdoor orders all summer long.
”Our entire menu is available, but the most popular items were our ribs, side dishes like potatoes papallete and steaks,” Huml says. Gianni’s also gives customers a laminated copy of the menu to keep on-boat for future orders. 635 Lake St. E., Wayzata; 952.404.1100
