The Opus Group, partnered with Ebenezer Management Services, has begun construction on a senior living facility in Minnetonka that will accept its first residents during the spring of 2019. The new center will be a four-story, 147-unit space with memory care, independent and assisted living apartment options.
Matt Rauenhorst, vice president of Opus Development Company, says the variety of unit designs for the independent and assisted living apartments are interchangeable.
“Residents can move in as independent and, as they require more services, they don’t have to move to a different unit,” Rauenhorst says.
The center will offer amenities including a full-service dining room, chapel and salon. There are also plenty of opportunities for residents to participate in outdoor activities such as gardening, taking a stroll down the walking paths and spending time in the orchard.
