Charlemagne Fine Jewelry has been specializing in custom jewelry design and one-of-a-kind gifts since 1972. “We think of ourselves as pure jewelers,” says Harriet Fogarty, who co-owns the shop with her husband, Charles. “We will work with customers as long as needed to bring their vision to life.”
With wedding season fast approaching, Harriet notes that more brides are looking to design their own rings. “The younger generation is driving the non-trendy, non-branded jewelry movement,” she says. “We’re seeing lots more gemstones in bridal jewelry—sapphires in all colors of the rainbow, plus rubies and emeralds in vintage cuts.”
Charlemagne also features gift items made by artists from around the world, including hand-blown glass sculptures and hand-beaded purses.
