Minnetonka, in conjunction with Golden Valley and Hopkins, recognizes inspiring youth each year. Congratulate them along with the Minnetonka and Hopkins school districts, as well as the Glen Lake Optimists. A “caring youth” identifies a need in his or her community and volunteers to make a difference. A selection committee votes on nominees.
