For all you vintage lovers and decorating mavens, it's time to head (slightly) north.
With the close of its Mound location earlier this year, occasional sale shop Mama's Happy has a new home at 7888 Cty. Rd. 6 in Independence. The 2,800 sq. ft. space features an array of unique, handcrafted, repurposed and updated furniture, charmingly called "upcycled" goods. This month's sale runs from July 11–15, opening on Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. store hours on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
