Minnetonka Community Education’s Annual Dodgeball Tournament
Minnetonka Community Education will be hosting its seventh annual dodgeball tournament for fifth- through eighth-graders on March 21.The event is run and planned by the Youth Development Council (YDC), a group of students from the freshman, sophomore, junior and senior classes. Though the tournament is designed for fun, Louise Bagshaw, advisor of the YDC, says the final rounds can get very competitive. “Teams stay and watch the final game—there gets to be a crowd. It’s great energy.”
