There are not many things better than a dream realized, and that’s exactly what Merilou is. “It’s something I’ve always wanted to do,” says owner Keaton Frees.
Frees laughs in astonishment over how smoothly planning for Merilou went, but it’s obvious that it stems from the focused vision she and business partner Chrissie Boyd share for the boutique. It’s a one-stop shop: “We have jammies, but we also have cocktail dresses,” Frees explains. And, she continues, “We want everyone feeling good walking in. We want to be the best part of their day.”
The boutique also offers personal styling, from “closet cleanses” to home or in-store appointments. And about that girls’ night you’ve been meaning to plan? Merilou wants to host you and your gals (with wine, of course).
