Excelsior’s Becky Salita is serious about partying

Excelsior resident Becky Salita doesn’t do anything halfway, from directing elementary school musicals to group fitness classes. Her latest venture, the purchase of A-List Entertainment, is no exception. She brings the party for all kinds of events, from bar and bat mitzvahs to weddings.
“We really bring an environment,” says Salita. Though she hires professional dancers, DJs and MCs, she refuses to forget the company’s family-centered roots: “Warmth is definitely a part of my company. It’s all about connecting with the grandmas, the uncles... these are family events.”
