Sonja Brown wants all kids to learn to swim safely.
Sonja Brown has been teaching swim classes since she was in high school. After a career in marketing and teaching water fitness to her children, Brown was inspired to teach other kids how to swim safely.
Brown created Swim Possible SBC, a business that helps kids with various learning differences learn how to safely enjoy the pool. “My goal is to not only teach kids, but to also teach instructors, so we can reach more children,” says Brown.
Swim Possible SBC is offered at local hotel pools, the Marsh and the Minnetonka Community Center.
