Standing in front of Andrea and Dan DeMuth’s Long Lake home, it’s impossible to guess what lies behind their abode. It’s not a pool or a garden but their very own golf course.
When the couple built their house, Dan DeMuth looked at every angle to find the spot perfect for his golf hole. Today, that course includes a putting green, fairway, rough and sand traps.
“[The course] was to really deliver on a vision that Dan had,” Andrea DeMuth says. “It’s a passion of ours and it’s an extension of the work that my husband does.”
Dan DeMuth, a PGA member, is the founder of Performance in Motion, a company that partners leadership and coaching skills with experiential learning to help others succeed in their vision, be it personal, business or golf dreams.
“No matter where you look, you see something beautiful and different,” Andrea DeMuth says about the course. “It’s fun all year-round.”
