Personalized workouts are no longer a luxury just for the rich and famous, thanks to Koko Fit Club. Featuring a non-intimidating environment for people of all abilities and ages, Koko Fit Club offers custom workouts to tone and sculpt healthy bodies.
“[Koko Fit Club] is really suited to individual goals,” says owner Curt Strait, from the new mom wanting to get back in shape and “gym refugees” who haven’t gotten results at big clubs to those with chronic medical conditions.
Using a technology developed by MIT, Strait says the machines at the club offer users the option of about 100 different strength exercises.
