Mining the richness of individual memory is the goal of the Writing from Memory workshop, sponsored by the History Theatre. Since 2012, educator and award winning author Erin Hart has been leading writers of all experience levels on an exploration to become stronger writers through free writing. “One of the foundations of the course is teaching writing via the memories of those who take the class,” says Paul de Cordova, History Theatre education manager. “The course really ties into the mission of the theatre: real stories and real people.”
