Headpiece Options from Bride’s Head Revisited

Five headpiece picks from the experts.
Model 600

After Alex Augustine and Emily Martin discovered brides were limited when it came to quality headpieces, they put their backgrounds in fashion and costuming, and founded Brides Head Revisited, a line of handcrafted veils and hair accessories. In addition to their flagship store in New York, 21 bridal boutiques carry the duos headpieces, including Flutter Boutique near the lake area.

To inspire brides-to-be with options, Alex and Emily gave us their top five picks for 2012:

Greta Veil- Make a statement with this versatile French face veil made of silk petals and horsehair. Even after your wedding is over, this veil can be worn with a simple tea length dress. $300.

Model 750- A pleated silk flower is a great accessory to add to any brides look. While the silk adds a modern vibe, the Swarvoski crystal center adds a touch of elegance. $100.

Model 653- Tuck a silk net flower with Swarvoski pearls and champagne colored crystals into your Chignon do for a truly perfect look. $200.

Model 707- A favorite comb from the 2012 collection, this piece looks great simply tucked behind the ear in a loose, natural up-do. $150.

Model 600- For brides wearing their hair half up or in a low bun, add this fabulous Swarvoski crystal and pearl comb in the center of your head with a veil coming out from underneath for a gorgeous statement. $250.
