Baseball great Lou Gehrig first brought ALS to the public spotlight decades ago; the disease now affects more than 5,000 Americans each year. The ALS Association in Minnesota provides resources to people with ALS and their families. In its 11th season, this year’s event is sponsored by C.H. Robinson, and will include silent and live auctions, a Wall of Wine, a performance by Deuces Wild! Dueling Pianos and Twin Cities Live co-host Chris Egert as emcee.
