Wine On Wayzata Bay

This demonstration class will take full advantage of its versatility by exploring a range of recipes, including halibut with tomato coulis and Kalamata olive and tarragon topping, halibut with citrus beurre blanc, and macadamia nut-encrusted halibut with coconut curry sauce and mango chutney. Festive Spring Salads

Reinvent an old classic with this class on salad-making. Recipes include wild rice and chicken breast salad, wild rice salad with mushrooms and cashews, vegetarian main dish salad with peppers and quinoa, fruit salad with a tangy orange sauce, and a raspberry spinach salad with glazed pecans. You’ll also learn to make feta cheese, blue cheese and orange dressing. With this arsenal of healthy recipes, you’re sure to have a delicious summer. Ages 18 and up. Travel the World with Food

Cooks of Crocus Hill has teamed up with HealthEast Care System to provide cooks of all abilities the tools they need to create delicious and healthy dishes.
