The Mexican mule is as refreshing as it is easy to prepare.

- 2 oz. tequila (blanco)
- 2 oz. grapefruit juice
- Ginger beer
- Simple or agave syrup
Add tequila and grapefruit juice to a shaker filled with ice. Shake, strain and pour over ice. Add a grapefruit wedge to garnish.
