The first two areas of The Promenade of Wayzata are slated to open in late 2013.
Construction began this past spring on The Promenade of Wayzata, a mixed-use development going up in the former Wayzata Bay Center site. The North and Superior blocks are to be completed in late 2013, according to John Mehrkens with developer Presbyterian Homes & Services. Mehrkens also says the Superior block will be completed about 45 days before the North block.
