Want to walk a mile in the shoes of a magazine writer or editor? Tiger Oak Publications is looking for editorial interns to work on our community lifestyle magazines: Plymouth, Lake Minnetonka, Southwest Metro, Edina, Woodbury, Maple Grove, White Bear Lake and St. Louis Park.
We’re looking for part-time interns who could work from July 1 through December 31. In that time, you’ll get the opportunity to write, fact-check, participate in staff meetings and help with other projects, all while learning and working in an invigorating downtown atmosphere.
A good candidate would be a hard-working, ambitious, creative, detail-oriented and a self-starter with an interest in the magazine industry. Some experience writing journalistic feature stories is helpful but not required.
