Best 100 Juried Art Exhibition highlights the top student artwork in Saint Paul.

Since 1957, Saint Paul high school students have had a shot at their art being recognized as among the best in the area. The annual Best 100 Juried Art Exhibition, sponsored by the Saint Paul Jaycees, invites students to submit their original work to be judged by a panel of three jurors. The “best 100” pieces selected out of more than 1,000 entries, which are also for sale, are put on display for the month of March at AZ Gallery, and honorees have a chance at numerous scholarships, totaling $4,500.
“For a lot of the artists, it’s the first time they get to show their work in a gallery,” Tom Reynen of AZ Gallery says. “It’s a big deal for them.”
