Athlete-focused Neurology Practice Moves to the Lake Area

Minnesotans love ice hockey. And we know—while it’s fun to play and watch, it comes with risk, just like any sport. Jeremy Schmoe, D.C., DACNB, works with athletes, including some pros, to treat concussions and other neurological illnesses and injuries. Schmoe says, “We are helping extremely complex neurological cases, [like] concussion and post-concussion syndrome, dizziness and vertigo.” His practice, Minnesota Functional Neurology & Chiropractic, moved to Minnetonka in August. Schmoe and his team use a wide range of therapies, including accelerated recovery performance wave therapy, saccadometry (therapy of the eyes) and balance rehabilitation. And though athletes are a focus, Schmoe and his team treat patients of all ages, abilities and interests.
